House available for move in July 1, 2026. One year lease that may be renewed annually. No smoking in the house. The homeowner is responsible for repairs and maintenance (e.g. HVAC, Septic Tank, Driveway Repairs, etc.). Tenant is expected to replace filters (whole house water filters and air filters) periodically with cost of filters to be reimbursed by the homeowner. The tenant is responsible for maintenance of small area of grass typically accomplished with weed eater. Tenant makes arrangements for trash to be removed from property. Tenant is responsible for securing cable and/or internet access as required.

    "I am a biz owner here & have seen things change dramatically in past 12 years. No long-term rental housing unless you are a student or uber-wealthy, and you don't own a pet. Completely over-saturated with corporate-owned, short-term Air BnB's & VRBO's. Summer traffic is unreal along with roadwork. Tourists can be incredibly rude & the Mack trucks, semis & loggers on the 2-lane highways are dangerous. Need to own a helicopter or be one of the uber-wealthy who has access to the golf club heli to & from the airport. "

In those neighborhoods, it is much more necessary to have a car. But I’m all areas, everyone is cautious of walkers, and I always have felt safe walking my dog, both at night and during the day (even as a female). "
