About this House

There is one unit available. It is an apartment above the garage. We've had many renters looking for this living situation (as opposed to an apartment complex) tell us they search under home type: house!

Newly constructed 2nd floor Fonzie flat has one bedroom, one bathroom and plenty of storage. Natural light, neutral colors, solid oak floors and white shaker-style trim give the space a bright and fresh cottage feel. Tree top foliage views and a birds eye view of Wade Park from the landing remind you that nature is steps away. (There is a secondary entrance to the park next door.) The neighborhood connects to others that are equally walkable and bikeable. The Cross-City Trail begins at Wade Park and continues to several parks and destinations all the way to Wrightsville Beach.

Millbrook is one of several neighborhoods conveniently located near the intersection of S. College Rd and S. 17th St. Waltmoor Rd. is the most direct entrance; it is flanked by Aldi and CVS.

Features include:
vaulted ceiling in the main living area
full-size kitchen & appliances, including a dishwasher
high efficiency central a/c and heat
exhaust fans over stove and in bathroom ceiling
