Two pets allowed. NO pet with any history of aggression will be accepted. It is such a great house and great neighborhood for pets, for walking the pets, for meeting the great neighbors. The backyard is perfect for pets and kids and entertaining.
We will meet the pets first before approving them. The $500 pet deposit is refundable. Any damage done by pets will be the responsibility of the renters.

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating Averagei was sa'd multiple times and the principal did nothing but blame me for it. i felt trapped in this school like id never be helped. idc if the principal sees this and knows who i am, but he knows what he did to me and what he had against me. parents, listen up. if you have a daughter going to this school, prepare for mommy issues principal to go against your daughter and make her life hell in the school. if you have a son i guess youre in luck, but if your son does wrong then expect the principal to praise him for his actions. this school was ridiculous. i have mental problems and trust issues because of this place. its sad seeing recently a student was sa'd in livingston academy, but this makes me want to speak up more about the sa i had to deal with for over 3 years nonstop from a boy i tried to tell the principal was doing things to me but he didnt listen and called my parents only to blame me for everything that was happening. do NOT send your child here.Other Review6mo ago - Rickman Elementary School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGreat school! The teachers there are great for the most part. You can always find a few at every school. The only issue with Rickman is it is so great everyone knows about it and sends their kids there. The county has no zoning, so people bypass all the other closer schools in the county and send their kids there. We even get kids from outside of the county that come. Rickman is a great school but because of this issue the classrooms have too many kids per teacher, and it is overcrowded. I can't brag on this school enough but due to overcrowding I would consider one of the other 4 elementary schools within the county. If sports is a priority stick with Allons & Rickman. Both have very good basketball programs, but Allons is smaller in regard to students per teacher.
