About this House

Three bedroom, 3 full bath townhouse now available for rent! Two bedrooms with full bathrooms in each are located upstairs with another bonus room and full bathroom located downstairs. Oven, microwave and dishwasher are provided. Refrigerator and utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Lawn maintenance is provided by the HOA.

You can view this home by bringing a photo ID and a $60 cash key deposit to our office Monday-Thursday, 9am-3pm, or Friday, 9am-11am. The key must be returned within an hour.

Rental Applications can be submitted on our website. The application fee is $60 per applicant. Application requirements are detailed in the Rental Application link on our website. A soft credit check is conducted to review credit history, background and prior residences, which does not affect your credit score. No minimum credit score required. Gross monthly income must be at least three times the amount of the rent. Any eviction filings within the past two years will disqualify the Applicant.

Some pets may be permitted, but size, quantity and breed restrictions apply and all pets must be approved. For an approved pet, a $350 pet deposit is required and a monthly pet fee is assessed. The fee varies between $10-$75 per pet per month depending on the age, size and breed of the pet. Renter's insurance is required if tenants have a pet.

This is a non-smoking home. No commercial activity may be conducted on this property.

Just remember land marks and you will be just fine finding your way around. I have met so many people that moved to Florence and said it’s easy learning to get around the city. "

Dog owners are responsible and keep their dogs leashed or in fenced yards. The homes here are well maintained."

    "We can ride our bikes over to Walmart, Dairy Queen and Sam’s Club, although I wouldn’t let children do this unsupervised. We can also walk to these places. We are only 5 minutes to the mall, and other shopping areas; and the Post Office. It is a great location."
