About this House

Sunny room with large window and walk-in closet for rent in a beautiful Lafayette neighborhood. Shared living space with 2 other roommates (including myself!) Common areas include vinyl listening space, kitchen/dining area, Rec Room with TV and lots of board games! There is also a music room downstairs and large patio space with shady pergola and grill. There is a combo washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster oven as far as additional appliances go. I like to keep a clean space and be respectful of other roommates at all times. In the house we enjoy listening to music and making food together but also value privacy and respect others' bed times. If you think you might be a good fit, please reach out, thanks!

"This area by Waneka lake is a gem. Close to nearly everything yet a little breathing room with some of the most breathtaking views in Lafayette. Great for exercise and great for bird lovers and nearly every demographic. My favorite place in CO so far to live."
  • Jessjeannette.perez
"Family friendly area but people with dogs are not respectful of picking up after them at all. Schools need work too"
  • Srdimond
"People are grumpy here and would I love to move. Colorado is a rough place to live. The weather is horrible, housing prices are ridiculous. "
  • Arielle E.

  • Lundberg.victoria01
"RTD, City Hall and the water park are all within walking distance. Be careful at La Mont Does park, needles have been found in various places. "
  • Ravinder G.

  • Terence K.
"I drive about 20 miles to work every morning, then I drive my truck all day to pay the bills. It would be nice if I didn’t have to drive so far to work."

"I use my vehicle rather than public transportation since most my commute is within a 15 min drive. The commute to downtown Denver and Boulder is easy on the weekends."
  • Charliemertz
"Great families. Outside of Boulder but close. Downtown has lots of great restaurants (post, community, odd 13, etc). Not Louisville - in a great way. "
