About this House

Well maintained 3 bedroom home with office or 4th bedroom possibility. Open Floor plan with split bedroom design with screened in porch and large level fenced backyard. This home has a 2 car garage and is located in a nice neighborhood in the Steeplechase subdivision in back of the hospital. Smoking is not allowed in the house or garage.

Home includes Refrigerator, Electric Range, Dishwasher, Ceiling Fans. It has an eat in kitchen as well as a dedicated dining area. Washer/Dryer hookups in laundry room. Large Primary bedroom with walk in closet and bath. The two children's bedrooms are separated by another full bath. There is an office or 4th bedroom just off the entrance.

I am a private owner who is looking for the right tenant. I don't charge an application fee. You can contact me for a viewing but I'd like it if you would tell me about yourself and your family. Please include when you would like to move in, the size of your family, income, pets, etc. You can call me if that is easier for you. Sorry, no Section 8 availability, no to those with evictions or criminal backgrounds.

The house is currently occupied but I can begin showing it Sunday if you'll contact me. It should be ready for a new family on the 1st but I know my current tenant is having trouble getting packed up!

Tenant pays for City of Crestview water, Florida Power and any other utilities. I will consider one small pet with good references. Smoking is not allowed inside the house or garage. Parking in garage and driveway only. One small dog or cat may be approved with $100 nonrefundable deposit.

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
