Welcome home to this renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom 1st floor apartment! Updated kitchen, bathroom, doors, flooring, and paint! Includes a living room, eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom and a linen closet. No washer/dryer hookups in units. No laundry facilities on the property. Government assistance programs (i.e.. Section 8) not accepted.

A $70 per month utility fee covers water, sewer and trash.

Pet policy allows for 1 small pet under 20lbs per unit.
$250 non-refundable pet fee at lease signing and a $25 per month pet fee thereafter.

There is no charge to complete our preliminary application. Qualified applicants will be asked to complete a credit/background check. The cost of this is $29 per applicant 18 and older.
