Vinyl plank flooring throughout entire main floor with the exception of carpet in the den/bedroom. New stove, newer fridge. Living and dining rooms have been freshly painted. Vinyl plank flooring in 2nd bedroom. Some more updates will be made before I decide to list for sale or rent. I have owned the home since it was constructed in 2005.
