- Utility fee for Water, Sewer, Garbage: $160 (subject to change depending on the # of tenants)
- Lease Initiation Fee: Non-refundable hold fee equal to 25% of a month's rent

    "I've lived here in holladay for years now. I've seen it change for good and bad. The neighborhoods are great, safe and quiet. Unfortunately the apartment living is just the opposite. Noise, junker cars, unleashed dogs, garbage and police presence. Buy a home here but don't rent an apartment."
