"The parks are great. The people are awkward. Tech people walk through the neighborhood it’s quiet with lots of dogs and the squirrels are black not brown. The treeeeeed areeeee nice and leave d they are really leafy, watch out for coyotes as they walk around the neighborhood looking for scraps of food or misplaced pets that are easy Pickens. "

"I do not commute. I ride my bicycle to work. It is easy, close and I do not have to use my car. I even ride my bike when it rains. the roads in college terrace are bike friendly but el Camino real is not."
