Well water so tenant only pays consumer's and the sewer bill which is less than $40 a month!
No basement.

Upon move in: 1st month rent and security deposit (security deposit amount is $775-$1,163 depending on your application)

Requirements For Application Approval:

1. Application fee is $20 for each adult (must pass application process)
2. Documented income of minimum $2,200 monthly
3. At least 1 year on the job and or proven income for 1 year
4. No felonies on the 67th or 68th district court website ( we check while processing the application)
5. No evictions within the past 4 years (we check while processing application)
6. If you lack rental history\recently moved here\jut changed jobs your deposit will be $1,275 if approved

Pet policy: Only cats or small dogs are allowed. There will be $25 a month per pet added to rent. We need to meet your dog before we can approve it due to insurance requirements.

The younger generation use the streets as a race track with no concern of the kids that are on the block for that reason I feel the police presence is needed more but other than that the street lights and well lit I don’t feel too much danger because I know the neighbors in this neighborhood"
