This quiet, private subdivision has a shared tennis court and a private trail that connects to the trails in Lone Pine State Park.

This home has been extremely well maintained with many recent updates such as appliances, flooring, carpet, furnace, and water heater.

The living room has a gas fireplace, large windows, and a glass sliding door that opens to the deck which is also connected to the dining room, both with hardwood flooring.

Two of the bedrooms on the main floor have an adjoining walk-in closet and adjoining bathroom, with a shared shower and separate half baths. The third main floor bedroom has a built in office space, a sliding glass door out to the deck and new carpet.

There is a large pantry in the kitchen and new appliances. The laundry room also has new machines as well as a sink.

In the basement there's one bedroom, with new carpet, and one bathroom. Also, a large bonus space with a big window and sliding glass door to outside. The bonus area has been updated with new laminate flooring and large barn door panels to divide the room in two.
