Recently updated, very clean and tidy 2BR/1BA apt. New waterproof LVP flooring. Includes living room, dining area, kitchen. Water/sewer/trash included in rent. Tenant responsible for electricity. All units have central air conditioning and warm electric heat! Laundry room available onsite! Refrigerator, stove, and microwave provided.

No smoking.

Some pets are considered. Two pet maximum. Breed restrictions apply for dogs. Proof of breed required from veterinarian, along with photo of pet and proof of rabies vaccination. $50 monthly pet rent for 1 pet and $25 for second pet. Please inquire with any questions regarding pets before applying.

Minimum rent qualifications are:
1. Income must be three times the monthly rent
2. Must have good references from past landlords
3. No prior evictions
4. Clean background

$50 nonrefundable application fee per adult. All adults must apply separately. Apartments are rented on a first approved basis.

Due once approved:
Security deposit $800.
First full month's rent $800 + pet rent if applicable.
12 month lease required.
Renter's insurance required.

    "Stuart is a quiet small rural town in the mountains (think Mayberry :), and just beautiful views of the mountains everywhere. It's only a few minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway where we've taken advantage of loads of hiking trails, biking, and fishing. Stuart has a local park within walking distance of our house, and there is a great biking trail nearby - the New River Trail which is a "Rail to Trail" that allows horses as well as bicycles. Personally, we were looking for peace and serenity, and have a mountain creek in our back yard with little rapids and big rocks! We'll take that over nightlife any day of the week. Which brings me to the categories that I recommended for the area. I didn't include singles because of the nightlife thing, but from the standpoint of sports type activities, I might should have included them. I've walked a couple of trails and came to the conclusion that they were definitely for the young! "
