3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe teachers are over worked, uninspired, lacking the necessary resources to be effective, and are not respected by administration. Unless of course they are in the clique of people who are the principal's favorites. Yes, there is a group favored by the principal and its obvious. If you aren't in that group, you are advised to keep your head low and your mouth shut or suffer the consequences. They administration at Clary do not value feedback from teachers and tend to get defensive when given any. It is not a supportive environment for newer teachers although they will say there is a lot of support available. If you use it you are looked at as weak and will be labeled as "struggling". This district talks a lot of talk about being anti-racist, progressive, and claims to have the students' needs in mind - but it is just that, all talk.
