"Live on a quiet dead end, have a wonderful view of the lake and aside from a few bumps, overall have had a pleasant neighbor experience. "
  • Mel
"We’ve lived in the neighborhood 10 years- it’s close to everything. Before having kids we would regularly walk to downtown and canal park. It’s also close to hiking and biking trails. "
  • Alexa H.
"The commute is very nice being that I am very close to Mesaba Ave. The hills and roads are very rough though and aren’t maintained in a good manner. "
  • Nalani D.
"Depending on the time of day, be careful cause sometimes you have some ā€œinterestingā€ people out and about. The sidewalks are also not kept up very well, especially in the wintertime. Otherwise it is a half ways decent area to walk your dog, from my experience that is. "
  • Jaime J. H.
"I lived in this neighborhood several years ago. It's conveniently located near downtown and is on the bus line making it easy to get around. "
  • Trulia User
"I work from home, so there is no need to commute, but it would be a very easy commute to the downtown area etc. "
  • Jane H. C.
"Million dollar views with middle class affordability. Hidden gem of Duluth. Watch 4th of July fireworks from a deck, children biking in the street, and parents walking strollers to Enger Park. It's like "Cheers" except everybody knows the name of their neighbor's dog! "
