Off street parking (and ample street parking) but no garage. There is a large porch/ sunroom area for bikes/ boats etc (see photo). Small fenced yard (not connected to neighbor). Includes washer and dryer. No smokers. We are Salida locals for 30 years and have owned/managed this property for 16. Lots of references from happy past tenants! I will delete this once a lease is signed so If you see this, it's still available! Showings upon application approval. Deposit $1850; First, last payable over 3 months. $300 extra security deposit for a pet. Direct message for an application. Note, this address is 219 E 7th, not 217.
