The living room has a brick mantle and decorative fireplace. This unit is not furnished. Kitchen comes with a dishwasher and fridge, microwave not included. Central AC & heating control in unit, washer and dryer in unit as well. This apartment gets plenty of light and is a few blocks from the Garfield Green Line. 5min drive to Hyde Park, Jewel, and 10min drive to Lakeshore Drive.

    "I would only go in this neighborhood if I have a vehicle. don't stand outside of any stores. People at the gas station are always asking for change or to pump your gas and it's very uncomfortable. I don't like it here at all. They also do street cleaning very often and it's never anywhere to park."
