There is a cute enclosed porch off of the kitchen and shared garden space in the back yard. There is a full walk up attic for storage, the space is not allowed by city code to be used as living space and is uninsulated, but previous tenants had a pool table up there as well as storage. Located in midtown Kingston, walking distance to a few local bars as well as a playground and businesses on Albany Ave. Owner pays for most utilities, including Heat, HW, cooking gas, and basic shared internet. City of Kingston garbage/recycling also included.

This second floor, one bed one bath apartment has a full walk-up attic for storage and a nice porch off the kitchen. No smoking allowed in the apartment. A cat or small well-trained dog will be considered on case-by-case basis with pet fee. Owner pays heat, HW, cooking gas and basic low-speed shared internet. Electric is responsibility of tenant. Month-to-month lease of 1600 and one month security deposit due at signing. The security deposit is not considered the last month's rent.

Also it’s right next to an airport my son loves watching the planes overhead . The streets are very wide and low traffic so it is a nice neighborhood to take long walks with the kids or animals "
