Located in a quite corner with very friendly neighbors. Plenty of front porch and backyard patio.

Renter is responsible for all utilities including electricity, trash and water. No smoking is allowed. Small dogs up to 20 pounds permitted with a pet deposit. Last month's rent due at signing.
Renter is responsible for mowing the lawn and abiding by the HOA rules like placing trash cans away from street visibility.
Lease duration shall not be less than 12 months.
