About this House

I have a private bedroom with Great location, five minutes to restaurants, shopping, and parks. The apartment is down the street from Union City Bart and Whipple movie theatres. There are so many great restaurants near by. There is a pool in the apartment complex as well. There are laundry facilities located on site. There is off-street parking space available in driveway and ample street parking available.
There is very beautiful creek in front of the apartment complex that runs from Union city to fremont .

Master bedroom includes 2 huge closets , nice windows with view, private access to restroom, large room and very spacious.

Please no smoking. no pets allowed.

This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

There are many hiking /walking trails near the condo. Beautiful trails with great views.

The communal spaces including kitchen, restroom, living room, etc. will be SHARED.

A little about me: 34-year old working professional/entrepreneur. My interests include being outdoors, meditation, training myself and clients, and working on my businesses. I work very long days get home very late. I travel for business sometimes as well.

What I'm looking for: This room is for a single Considerate, responsible, respectful, clean and friendly working professional with stable Income.
No pets. No parties. Responsible drinking only.
