The apartment has a loft area that is open to the downstairs and one bedroom that doesn't have a door (see pictures). The loft is great for a studio/office space but has also been used as a kid sleeping area in the past. This is not an ideal layout for a family, roommates, or anyone with limited mobility.

In unit laundry and a small yard with off-street parking. Small yard and a deck to enjoy a morning coffee.

Rent includes all utilities other than electric and internet. AC based on use.
