Description

Available immediately. Recently renovated one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Mount Vernon/Midtown-Belvedere. Short walk to Penn Station, the University of Baltimore, and MICA. Across the street from the Ivy Hotel. (Apartment is unfurnished; furniture in photos is previous resident's.)

The apartment is the full basement level of our historic townhome but has abundant light thanks to new windows in the living room, bedroom, and entryway. It has a private entrance, exposed brick in the living room, and built-in shelves. The kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, including a built-in microwave oven that automatically adapts the time and temperature to the food type, and a vent hood. The bathroom has double sinks with lots of storage and a localized heater for those cold mornings when you don't want to get out of the shower. The apartment has its own laundry (washer and dryer) and heat and air conditioning units and controls that offer individual temperature for each room. The 5 closets in the apartment include double closets in the bedroom, a kitchen pantry, and hall closets that could be used for storage or bike parking.

Resident responsible for utilities (but heating/cooling costs are pretty low because of the high level of insulation). No smoking of any kind indoors.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources. This description is from July 02, 2025

  • Trulia User
"Plenty of dogs and dog owners. Some pick up after their dog. Some do not. Overall the neighborhood is dog-friendly though."

"Very walkable, close to everything, but street parking can be difficult. Between the festivals and parades around the Monument to Artscape in July, there are tons of fun, free activities. "

"Very accessible to public transportation; 3 blocks to Penn Station; access to Amtrak, Marc, light rail, subway, bus lines, and ample cabs. Easy walk or drive to downtown and the Inner Harbor. Very close to University of Baltimore, and short commute to University of Maryland and Johns Hopkins. Great restaurants and numerous markets/convenience stores close by. "
