Vinyl in the bathroom, hardwood in the kitchen and dining room and Tile countertops. All the windows have custom blinds, baseboard electric heat throughout and easy access to the 5 freeway, close to Boeing and the Mill Creek Town Center.

The townhouse will be available on January 1, 2025. The rental rate is $2,500 per month (HOA included) Renter is responsible for all utilities. 12 months lease available. Cats are allowed (with a fee) and no smoking. The move in requirements include first month's rent $2,500 and a re-fundable security deposit of $2,500. An application fee of $50 for each resident over 18 years of age is required. Tenant must agree to abide by all HOA rules and regulations.
