2159 E is a 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom on the second floor, in the front of the building in the COLUMBUS school district. It has a black gas stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Carpeting in the living room and both bedrooms and vinyl flooring in the entry, kitchen, and bathrooms. It has been painted, cleaned and the carpeting cleaned. The laundry area off the kitchen fits a full-size washer/dryer (not provided) and there is a coin-operated washer/ dryer in every building. It is READY to move into. Outside locked entry door to building with intercom system- there is a common hallway inside the building with a first and second floor- 4 units on the first floor and 4 units on the second floor. 1 reserved parking space- parking is not covered. Plenty of additional parking on the property. Gas heating and gas stove- electric lights and central AC. The water, trash and sewer services are paid for by the condo association. Affordable and clean- it is on the bus line and conveniently located on Bethel Road 3 miles from 315. It would be a great location to live if you commute to downtown or campus.

2159 E is ready! The office is open Monday and Friday 9:30 to 5- and on Wednesday's from 9:30 to 12. Christine- who works in the Enclave office- would be happy to give you a set of keys to view the unit. If those days and times do not work out for you, please email us to set up a time to see it other than office hours- we would be happy to make arrangements for you to see it.

You would have to take possession within three weeks from the day you turn in your application- once approved for the unit you do have 48 hours to meet to sign the lease agreement and pay the security deposit.

 You must qualify- good rental history, good credit, and income needs to be between 3-4x the monthly rent (gross)

This owner allows cats with a $200.00 pet deposit and ANY emotional support/service animal with proper paperwork submitted to the condo association for approval.

KPM manages the property.

The owner pays for water, trash, and sewer. The resident pays gas and electric, cable, and phone.
