Description

Large 2 bedroom , 1 bath , apartment/house with wonderful kitchen, all new appliances, new furnace and central Air Conditioning. A large front yard, a gated dog pen on the side of the house. We allow 1 dog and 1 cat, or 2 cats. Washer and Dryer in the apartment. Cool neighborhood. This is a totally remodeled duplex in South Park Hill. Everything about this apartment is new. Its got hardwood floors, granite countertops, knotty alder doors. Tenant pays utilities which run about $125 per month during the summer (which includes the A/C). Theres a big front yard but it might not be safe to leave your dog unattended all day because the fence isn't that tall. But its a really nice place and its always rented fast. We will give the tenant 1 off street parking spot and a garage is negotiable. We currently rent the garages out seperate from the apartments. If having a garage is a must we would include a 1 car garage for an extra $150 per month. There is a storage shed on the side of the apartment for this unit. Before we schedule a showing please email us the following information. 1. Name and current address of applicants.
2. Current Occupation and Income.
3. When do you want to move in?
4. Tell us about your pets?
