Nestled within the prestigious Country Club Farms and set across more than 5 private acres, this exceptional custom estate offers a rare blend of refined luxury, thoughtful design, and equestrian-friendly living — all just minutes from downtown Ocala, championship golf, the Country Club of Ocala, and top-rated schools. With bridle trail access woven throughout the community and the option to acquire an additional neighboring 6 acres, this property presents a truly rare opportunity to create a private legacy estate in one of Ocala’s most coveted settings. Built with enduring quality and timeless craftsmanship, the residence features 10-foot ceilings, extensive crown molding, solid-core doors throughout, 40-year architectural shingles, surround sound, and an abundance of custom storage and closet space. A private residential elevator connects both levels, offering ease and accessibility while enhancing the home’s sense of quiet luxury. The heart of the home is a beautifully appointed chef’s kitchen, complemented by a butler’s pantry and flowing seamlessly into the formal dining room and an elegant study or library with a gas fireplace, ideal for intimate gatherings or peaceful evenings. The expansive family room offers a second fireplace, while a separate living or game room opens directly to the outdoor entertaining spaces, creating a natural flow between indoor and outdoor living. The primary suite is privately situated on the first floor, creating a serene retreat, and is joined by an additional guest bedroom and full bath on the main level. Upstairs, three additional ensuite bedrooms and a theater room, which may also serve as a playroom, den, or flexible bonus space, provide exceptional comfort and versatility for family and guests alike. Outdoors, the estate transforms into a private resort-style sanctuary. A solar-heated saltwater pool is surrounded by pavered patios, fire pit seating, and screened entertaining areas, all framed by mature landscaping and tranquil views that offer privacy and serenity in every direction. Designed for both luxury and function, the property also includes a four-car garage, a full-house generator, a whole-home water filtration system, and two private wells — one dedicated to irrigation and one servicing the residence. Recent upgrades include three new air conditioning systems in 2024, a new water heater in 2024, a new dishwasher in 2024, a new washer in 2025, and a new dryer in 2024, offering peace of mind and modern efficiency. The property is fully fenced and thoughtfully designed with paddocks, a dog run, and direct bridle trail access, making it ideally suited for equestrian living while remaining just minutes from modern conveniences. This is not simply a home — it is a refined estate where privacy, elegance, and lifestyle converge in perfect harmony.

My neighborhood has great access to public transportation, has many public parks, national parks and hidden treasures that provide lively activities in Ocala. From its lakes, secret beaches, springs, nature spots, museums, and downtown district. But mostly I feel safe, the neighbors look out fot each other and cameras everywhere ( lol)."

"Children park and water pad close by. Plenty of hiking trails. Club house offers a variety of activities."
  • Darthwolf65
"People need to be cautious and watching their pets more. To many cats and dogs getting out of the yards roaming around. This contributes to animal attacking people the pet does not know."
  • Tgray74
"Horses and lots of animal lovers , very beautiful trails parks recreation for kids schools are awesome"
  • Latorya Katiba
"Liberty park always has events for children. This is a great part of Ocala to reside. It is very peaceful."
  • Flcracker0216
"Need to choose your schools. Looking around will definitely help your kids out in the classroom …….."
  • Meiryn Gracia
"Amazing and calm place to live. Around nature and peaceful. Nice people and friendly. Good neighbors "
  • Trulia User
"People walk dogs all the time and if any go missing it seems like the community works together in saving stray animals and finding the owners . I feel like animals a pretty welcome here .. everyone has animals here. "
  • Mary Mcginnis
"Traffic is bad. Poor infrastructure and rampant development. Great horse country. Never see kids playing outdoors."
  • Trulia User
"Getting around anywhere from here is great, im close by alot of stores only takes me 6-12 minutes publix, walmart, target, dollar store ! And my sons bus stop is practically in front of our house ! I love the convenience "
  • Felipe Gomez
"The peaceful living you’ve been looking for laid back and relax…………………….. great place to raise a family "
  • Jessie Khalawan
"Some people let their dogs run wild in the front of their homes but thankfully they tend to stay there. "
  • Tammie Young
"They would like it but they all keep their dogs on a leash or in a dog house or in the backyard or in the yard or in the house or in the back of the yard "
  • Julie Ellis
"Too much traffic too many other dogs being walked so you keep having to reroute yourself all the time because other dogs are coming at you and there’s just other cars coming down the road and it’s just a lot sometimes for dogs"
  • Maria Gonzalez
"The neighborhood is pretty quiet. It does get really dark. Not enough street lights. With all the land being destroyed around us there are more and more sightings of bears etc. Always keep your pets on a leash and carry a blow horn, pepper spray and maybe even a taser. You never know is when you might have to try to rescue your fur baby. Better safe than sorry. "
  • Kjames81
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for about 15 years. I have only had my packages stolen once. It’s pretty clean and the neighbors are friendly."
  • Jethele
"The area is beautiful with all the horse farms and all the agriculture in the surrounding areas. It is close to everything; beaches and theme parks."
  • Theegreenhuman
"Down to Ocala in the parks and libraries put on many events for families and their children to attend all the time there’s always something happening and almost every store. You can see many of the vents advertise somewhere."
  • Oasis T.
"Quiet neighborhood in the fastest growing area in the country. Peaceful street absent of traffic, crime, and rental properties. The residents of this neighborhood take pride, maintain, and upgrade their homes accordingly. Unlike the Shores or Marion Oaks where you will find an abundance of homes for sale, the turnover rate in this neighborhood is rare and the residents have all lived here for years."
  • Emmanuel Roman
"My neighborhood has great access to public transportation, has many public parks, national parks and hidden treasures that provide lively activities in Ocala. From its lakes, secret beaches, springs, nature spots, museums, and downtown district."
  • Trulia User
"Great place to live and this has to be the nicest weather in the entire country. It’s an affordable place to live in Florida "
  • Nick
"Too many people have moved here and the traffic is awful!! DOT has not updated any roads or lights and a once 15 minute commute is now 45. "
  • Diane Perez
"There are Not many sidewalks to walk on. There are a lot of grassy areas which is good, lots of dog friendly places too. "
  • Trulia User
"What a great neighborhood to raise kids in plus the houses are affordable their sidewalks everywhere"
  • Amelia Secki
"I’ve lived here my entire life. I was born in 2000 and am turning 24 in October. Ocala has some things for little children, but it mainly caters to the adult and wealthy populations (ie, downtown & WEC). There is little to nothing to do as a teenager/young adult, or a poor person, for free or low cost. Ocala’s refusal to cater to the young adult and poor population has been a very direct contributor to the rise of drug use and violent crime. "
  • Bolofamily
"We have a community recreation center that has a gym, billiards, pickleball, basketball and tennis courts along with outdoor trail."
  • Modsires
"Very neighborly area with great parks and convenient shopping. Safe area low crime. Very quiet and peaceful. Area is well liked by residents. Lots of pride of ownership. "
  • Trulia User
"Lots for fur parents around here and lots of areas to walk them. There is also the 49th Trailhead hiking trails, there are paved walking trails. I ride my E-Trike from my house to the trailhead. "
  • Trulia User
"There are friendly neighbors in our neighborhood and the parks are nice. The restaurants are 15-25 minutes away."
  • Trulia User
"The weather here is amazing! The Neighborhood is a diverse area with many friendly people. Lots of people walk on the long sidewalk that rust along Marion Oaks Trail. There is also endless paved/dirt trails to ride on the Green Way. I ride my E-trike to the trailhead on 49th ave, it’s 10 minutes from my house, there is another trailhead near by as well. There’s a 2 story Publix, 711, hair place, nail place and a Walmart within 5 miles from here. Plus the Beach is 45 minutes away. The Rainbow River is 20 minutes away And they are all super easy to find. "
  • Shannonlamarche
"There is public transportation if you are in to that sort of thing. There are many sidewalks and the neighborhood is also golf cart friendly."
  • Kim Martin
"I love my neighborhood I have lived here six years and everyone is friendly and looks out for each other."
  • Janmorin
"It’s a planned unit development that is well managed and great for 55+ residents. Many activities are available for folks to take part in. It’s one of the largest such communities in central Florida. "
  • Angelfury3
"you need a car to get around there’s not shops close by. Bus route is close within walking distance "
  • Denise N.
