Description

This single family home is located in a residential area of Simi Valley, south of Royal Avenue. The home has had some upgrades and improvements, but also still has deferred maintenance. The interior has been recently painted, as well as new vinyl plank flooring has been installed. The home is being sold as-is, where is, with no seller paid repairs beyond the government required retrofit items. The kitchen is original and both bathrooms need to be updated.
There is an old central heating system with no air conditioning. A freestanding fireplace is in one corner of the living room, and a large skylight. A hole exists where there was once a wall air conditioner. One of the 4 bedrooms has a door out to the covered rear patio and private back yard. The master bedroom has its own private bath with a stall shower with the original Masonite surround. The attached 2 car garage has direct access to the kitchen. The garage has a roll-up door but the garage door opener does not work. Washer and dryer hook-ups are located in the garage. The front landscaping has been maintained, but the rear landscaping has not been.
