This unit is on the 1st floor with separate private entrance with small porch area and a little fish pond. Close to Grace Hudson School. Private driveway, off street parking, and respectful neighbors. Please note: One shared washer on porch (no clothes dryer).

Proof of income required along with $30 application fee for credit check. Cats allowed. Well behaved dogs will be considered on case by case basis. No smoking, No drugs. Rental application required. 1 year lease preferred.

Deposit is $1,600. Rent is $1,350, which reflects a $50 credit when paid by the 1st of the month. Owner pays water & sewer. Tenant responsible for PG&E, garbage, and internet/cable services.
