In case of an appliance is broken or require repair for the first 3 months, landlord will pay the house call fee's. After initial 3 months, tenant will pay the house call fee of $125.00. All other expenses will be taken care by landlord. If the visits are more than twice in a year for same appliance, landlord will either replace the appliance or pay house call fees after that.

    "It’s not the greatest area for kids. While there are a handful of parks, those parks are generally populated with homeless people. I don’t take them trick or treating in the area because I don’t feel safe at night. Thankfully, the community that I live in is gated otherwise, I’d be even less secure. I’m have the hopes that the neighbor hood with continue to grow in a positive manner. "

    "It’s right by the 101 and 202 freeways so it’s easy to get anywhere in the city. There are several smaller entryways to the neighborhood that only locals use, so even during rush hour, it’s still pretty easy to get home."
