Go back up north. #1 If you live anywhere in FL you better have a termite bond they are all over the state #2 Bugs...welcome to Florida again they are everywhere unless your community sprays poison all the time from the air #3 As for wild boar...they too are all over the state in any rural area....they are fun to catch and if you pin them for 6 months and feed them right they taste great with go game flavor. Malabar is a great community that is perfect because in 5-10 minutes you can be on 95 and within 15 you are in Melbourne with all shopping you need. The new shops of Palm bay are even closer about 7 minutes from the Malabar exit. This is perfect country living with a hop away from everything you need. How could anyone say anything bad about this area unless they are from New York....go back home...we don't want you here LOL"
