Malabar is a great community that is perfect because in 5-10 minutes you can be on 95 and within 15 you are in Melbourne with all shopping you need. The new shops of Palm bay are even closer about 7 minutes from the Malabar exit. This is perfect country living with a hop away from everything you need. How could anyone say anything bad about this area unless they are from New York....go back home...we don't want you here LOL"
