"Great parks, friendly kids, beautiful valley. Lots of outdoor activities and safe beautiful parks. Quiet neighborhoods and great public transit. "
  • Kristen Boyer
"I have lived in Wenatchee for almost ten years. It is a nice place for recreation. I do think that people care about the community, however Washington as a state has issues with drugs and substance abuse and homelessness. There are areas in town I would not live. Definitely check out a place before you rent or buy. "
  • Scott Johnson
"It’s a beautiful place to walk and very dog friendly. Most restaurants allow you to have a dog on the patio "
  • Trulia User

"I have live in the is area 2.5 years. It’s not immune to problems however, the crime rate is low and people are very nice. "

"Lived in Wenatchee for 13 years and I love it. Great outdoor activities and great place for families. "
  • Chy M.
"We've lived here for 20 years. It used to be nice and quiet, with few neighbors. Now it's being developed into townhouses and apartments. Unfortunately, the city is changing it's requirements, so we won't be getting sidewalks or community improvements to go along with the huge influx of residents. Unfortunate!"
  • Camille D.
"Almost everything in Wenatchee is a 10 minute drive. Public transportation is widely available and easy to use. "
  • Sfullert2003
"Neighborhood watch, yard sales and community events, potluck and concerts in the park and community fair."
  • Niki P.

  • Leannempruitt
"local transit stops across the street and heavy police presence in the neighborhood grocery store across the street and gas station across the street two blocks from the main shopping district. Riverfront park less than half a mile away. "
  • Josh C.
"Some people may not like that some people keep their dogs in front yards and they tend to bark and cause confrontation with other dogs. also people should always be prepared to pick up their dogs poo instead of leaving it in people's yards. "
  • Alexa A.
"Rodeos and parades also live performances at pybus and fairs down by the water 4th of July shows skiing snowboarding biking hiking saddle rock hockey games circus basketball tennis dog parks convention center"
