"nicer than expected. everyone is super friendly everybody is polite and waves, they're not overly talkative. the kids are respectful they get out of the road when they see you coming. the HOA puts on community events and they're fun. I truly do like this neighborhood. "

"Lyon’s Gaye is a well balanced neighborhood for young and older families. The neighborhood includes several pools, parks, and sports courts. We have four generations within our family residing within this community in different homes. "

"The high school is right behind Lyon's gate, and my daughter can walk every day. School is A+ rated and has tons of activities and clubs, as well as dual enrollment for early college classes. Mall right behind us is fantastic, and access to interstates is great. I don't even notice the train any more and I can't hear any noise from the interstate at all. :) "

"Lyon's Gate is very safe, quiet and convenient. The HOA plans frequent community parties to get the residents involved and introduced to one another. The landscaping is outstanding and well maintained. It's close to a San Tan Mall and a lot of new restaurants and stores. I recommend it for singles that want to be in a safe, quiet neighborhood, but if you like to go out on the town a lot then it's far from the "action." Great area for families, couples and retirees."

"Live in Lyon's Gate and Gilbert schools are among the very best in the Phoenix area. There are lots of greenbelts and totlots for kids to play or walk your dog, and it is a very safe neighborhood."
