About this House

-The apartment you're interested in has been recently remodeled, featuring a brand-new open kitchen, bathroom, wood flooring, and walls!

-Tenants will enjoy over 1,100 square feet of living space at the lower floor of the house. This includes three spacious bedrooms, two of which have massive storage or closet areas, a functional combined living room, and a kitchen perfectly suited for a family of five or more!

-Tenants will share the house with me, the landlord, but you'll have private access to the entire lower floor plus the side yard. I'll be living on the upper floor and will only be around two or three days a week. The house is enclosed by an iron fence with a powered front gate for easy access. Tenants can use the driveway leading to the garage for parking, which can accommodate up to two vehicles. The garage itself is not included.

-The apartment is conveniently located near high way 880 and 580, with access in both directions within 5 minutes, even during rush hour. The convenience store across the street is great for grabbing snacks or making quick, last-minute purchases. With elementary and middle schools each just two blocks away, this spot is ideal for families with children!

-The house features a spacious side yard, perfect for growing a variety of vegetables or raising small animals. Alternatively, you could use the yard to host a party it's up to you!

-Deposit is $2,300, and electricity and water are not included.
