"No designated dog areas. Open fields sometimes have unleashed dogs, but area is so large it’s never seemed like an issue. Good sidewalks for dog walking. "

"I have spent a many of summers here. What a wonderful place. Everything is in walking distance. Love the battlefield and all the events in the summer. Great restaurants with more music...fun and very friendly small community. The one school houses grades 1-12, like the old days. Winters are rough, but summers are the best. Beautiful sail boats and water activities are a block away. Love this place during the summer!"

  • MINNIEMOOWHO
"I have lived here for 24 years. There is a varied population. Married with children, single, couples, retired and military. It is a beautiful place to walk in the spring, summer and fall. Quite cold and snowy in the winter. Many restaurants and bars for a small village, Bed and Breakfasts and Hotels & Motels. Boating, fishing and skiing nearby."
