The main floor(2nd floor of the house) has a living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath and entrance to the porch and backyard. All appliances are new. Three bedrooms and full bath on the 3 rd floor. On the ground floor there is a new washer and dryer. House has a driveway for one car (included in a rent price).Living area is about 1,600 sqft.
No pets, not smoking. Landlord pay for water bills, renter are responsible for gas and electric bills.
Rent $3,500. Broker fee applies.
Must have a gross income no less than 120k. Proof of income required. Only Green card, or Passport holders please!
House is the best, for a young couple with one, or two teenagers.

    "Sheepshead Bay is a great place to raise a family, depending on what area you are in… It can change from beautiful and well maintained, and then four blocks later it can look like a completely different neighborhood… I would not allow my children out to late at night as there are some bars around the neighborhood and the restaurants people do come from other places to eat there, but the crowd can change quickly. Otherwise most of sheepshead Bay is a great neighborhood. I would visit at night before I actually moved in to that particular home on that particular block."
