About this House

Super nice house, you've got to see it! 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 car garage with new opener. New 7' privacy fence, new super green sod in back yard, big sun room can be used as a play room or home theater. New light fixtures throughout, new flooring, freshly textured walls, and many more perks. Includes a refrigerator and pool table! We would like to rent it as quickly as possible for an August 1st move in if possible. The house is very well taken care of, and will be well maintained by owner throughout the term of the lease. This house has never been a rent house, so it is not run down in the least. It has been our personal residence, so it is very well taken care of. "I love the area! Very safe! The neighbors are long time residents. It's situated 10 minutes to anywhere and about 5 minutes to TTU. Close to Atkins Elementary and three blocks from a nice park with a pond. Two blocks from a Supermarket, and several fast food restaurants. Very quiet and secure. "

"Neighborhood is getting better. Has had some trouble in the past but over all good people around the neighborhood and friendly. City of Lubbock needs to spend some money in the area and it would be great, but they most likely won’t. "
