"After living here for 4 years, I can say that the area is very charming! The houses are older and all unique and if they are maintained, are adorable! You are in the middle of Little Rock, which is very nice to get to places fast in the city. People are always out walking their dogs, and in the spring/ summer are outside doing yardwork or having barbecues. Whenever I have been out doing yard work, I always have people say hi or tell me my house is cute ā˜ŗļø"
  • Mike M.
