"My drive to work is about 5 minutes. If I wanted to walk it would be about 20 minutes. This only changes if there's an event down at the Ppl center. Add about 15 minutes for traffic detours. "

"I have lived in this area for over 5 years and the neighborhoods just keep getting better and better! Houses keep getting updated and renovated, neighbors are quiet and respectful, and we can walk to so many things downtown like the ArtsWalk shops and Art Museum.
