Renter is responsible for lawn maintenance. Freshly painted interior. Appliances include range, refrigerator, microwave, and washer/dryer combo. There is no dishwasher. White picket fenced backyard. New roof. Nonsmokers only. 1073 square feet. Living room, eat-in kitchen, study or separate dining space, screened-in porch. Quiet, dead end street, also walkable to peaceful Cascade Park. Renters can have a single small dog of 30 pounds or less with deposit and a small monthly pet fee. There are breed restrictions and dog must be approved by owner.

$1350/month. First month's rent and deposit required to secure. Must pass background check and credit check. I have a strict credit score policy of at least 700. References required. 12 month lease minimum. Application, credit check, background check and monthly rental payments are handled through apartments .com.

**There are currently renters in the house, please feel free to drive by; however, please do not disturb the current tenants. No knocking on the door or walking through the yard. The home will be available for viewing on weekends as of May 1. Thank you**

    "Great friendly people . Always something to do down town. Live bands you can hear from the house. Breweries near by. Movie theatre. Down town Morganton does trick r treating and also the churches do trunk r treating. We have an actual witch that lives near by. There are dog parks that you can take your fury friend to. Several festivals near by. Firework display in parks and other town close by."
