About this House

This adorable home available for 10-12 month lease. It's listed as a Townhouse, though Duplex would be more accurate (Zillow doesn't offer). The attached garage to this home has been converted into a separate Studio apartment which has been leased long term.

The 2 homes have separate entrances, but they are covered by the same roof, and do share:
- a covered laundry porch;
- newly built spacious front deck; and
- parking for one vehicle on single level driveway

This 1 BR also has a private backyard, porch and entrance. It is fully furnished, with some kitchen wares. Electric, Propane (winter heat), Internet, trash, and recycling are all Tenant responsibility, and NOT included.

Sewer and Water are included.

A newly installed BACKUP GENERATOR keeps the power ON ALWAYS, whether outages are scheduled or unscheduled.

This charming hillside home overlooks a pretty valley just north of Sonora, and is less than a mile to town.

It is FULLY furnished. No smoking, no exceptions.

I'll consider a small dog or cat but there will be an additional pet fee, additional pet rent, and a pet deposit. The unit is fully furnished with like NEW furnishings.

Hardwood-like laminate flooring is throughout in the unit.

The rear covered porch, back yard, and and rear entrance is entirely private to this home, and is accessible by the above mentioned bath/storage house in about 8 steps.

Other than the shared laundry/front porch area, this home is very private.

Plenty of room to park; no steps if parking in the front; 8 steps up if parking in the back.

Swamp cooler works super well on hot days, and nice shade trees help with shelter from the Summer Sonora sun.

Newly installed propane wall heat keeps the place toasty warm all winter.

$1500 deposit and 1st months rent due at lease signing.

If with Pet, there is additionally $250 Pet Deposit, a $200 Pet FEE, and an additional pet rent: $50/month for each cat or small dog (less than 20#); $100/mo for large dogs.

IF YOU SEE THIS AD IT IS AVAILABLE.

1st month's rent and all deposits due at lease signing.

"They wpuld like it if there was a dog park near by but sadly there are only hiking trails. The city really should make or designate q gated dog park"
  • Reneediaztc

  • Jesse
