Three bedroom, 1.5 bath home on a quiet cul-de-sac in Central Florence available for rent on or after July 1, 2025. Home has a living room, separate family room/den, and another bonus room. Laundry room hook-ups are in the home and the back yard has a large deck and is fenced-in. Oven, dishwasher and microwave are provided. A refrigerator and washing machine is located in the home and can remain for tenant's use, or it can be removed if the tenant has their own. Utilities and lawn maintenance is the responsibility of the tenant.

 Do not enter upon the premises as it is currently occupied.

Rental Applications can be submitted on our website. The application fee is $50 per applicant. Application requirements are detailed in the Rental Application link on our website. A soft credit check is conducted to review credit history, background and prior residences, which does not affect your credit score. No minimum credit score required. Gross monthly income must be at least three times the amount of the rent. Any eviction filings within the past two years will disqualify the Applicant.

Just remember land marks and you will be just fine finding your way around. I have met so many people that moved to Florence and said it’s easy learning to get around the city. "

    "There are dogs and cats , squirrels, birds etc. here. There are a lot of families with children. Many people walk the neighborhood. Some people have golf carts they drive around the area. Dog owners are responsible and keep their dogs leashed or in fenced yards. The homes here are well maintained."

    "We can ride our bikes over to Walmart, Dairy Queen and Sam’s Club, although I wouldn’t let children do this unsupervised. We can also walk to these places. We are only 5 minutes to the mall, and other shopping areas; and the Post Office. It is a great location."
