The string of lights and water feature provides relaxing ambience that is oh so pleasant! The outdoor shower provides both hot and cold water. The AC was replaced in 2020 and has a NEST thermostat. Inside the home there are nice perks too: The LG Range has a glass top with five burners and oven with airfryer capabilities, LG microwave has convection settings, and the LG refrigerator has freezer on bottom, two side doors and water feature. All three LG appliances were purchased this year. The bathroom, bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining room were painted this year. The 55" flat screen and sound bar attached to the wall in the bedroom will convey. Electric fireplace in Sunroom conveys.
