"The children’s museum (Jasmine Moran Children’s Museum) is in Seminole which is pretty cool. I can’t think of anything else that is unique in this neighborhood. "

"There can be loose dogs running around which could be a problem when you are walking your own dog. Most people have a fenced in yard for their own dogs. "
