The community is small with only twelve neighbors, quiet and friendly. Additionally, the townhome is centrally located just 3 minutes from i405 and 6 minutes from i5; walking distance to grocery stores and bus lines. The unit was recently renovated and has all new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the downstair and new carpets in the bedrooms.

Enjoy a spacious townhome in the Northshore school district with two designated parking spaces (one inside your garage and one directly in front of your garage - tandem style). All appliances in the unit are fairly new including a washer and dryer inside the unit. The two smaller bedrooms are approximately 10.5'x11' and 10.5'x12'. The master suite is oversized at approximately 11'x16' and includes a large closet and private bathroom. The back deck is private to the unit and will hold a small BBQ and patio set nicely. Although the yard is not fenced, there is a reasonable amount of shared green space for children and pets.

It is noted that the crime and theft rate in the neighborhood is very low - most neighbors tend to inform one another immediately if any package theft is noticed. Additionally, ring cameras or other wireless devices are permitted.

Please note that there is a strict two car maximum for this unit.

Offering a 12-month lease at $2,630.00 per month. First month's rent is prorated if tenant moves in mid-month. Security deposit of $1500.00 due at signing and is refundable upon move out. Utilities are not included (sewer, water, garbage, and electricity average $250-$300 per month). Strict two vehicle maximum for this unit.

Pets are accepted and additional pet deposits are required. $400 for one pet, $600 for two pets. Additionally, monthly pet rent is $25 per pet per month. No breed or weight restrictions. Age restriction: all pets must be at least 12 months old.

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
