"Great booming town. Fairview has great schools and nice people. It is rual but rapidly growing. The new town center will be opening in 2025 with new restaurants and shops. "

"I LOVE the neighborhood and great curb appeal but neighbor dog didnt stop barking the whole time we were there and agent told me when she showed this home before the dog wouldnt stop barking. Beautiful home though."

"It’s not bad. There’s only one main road where all of the shops and restaurants are, so everything is very easy to find. The rest of the town is backroads and neighbourhoods"

Fairview is easily accessible from I-40 and I-840 offering easy access to Nashville International airport; many corporate headquarters located in the Nashville area; Vanderbilt and St. Thomas Hospitals; downtown Nashville cultural events; shopping at Nashville West, Cool Springs, 100 Oaks, Franklin, Dickson and Leiper's Fork. National grocery stores, big box stores, small Mom and Pop stores, fast food and local restaurants are only minutes away from your door. Children attend the award winning Williamson County Schools IN the Fairview Community...no need for busing here. And you will be able to find a church that meets your needs among the many denominations in the community. There is an 824 acre nature park with lakes, hiking, biking and horseback trails. "Growing community with several new shops and eateries including a new Publix shopping center, and Wal-Mart soon to break ground. New 840 interchange recently opened making Fairview even more accessible; only 30 min to Nashville. Wide open spaces convenient to everything, but still room to breathe. Schools in the top 1000 in the NATION, low crime, and lower taxes than Metro Nashville, makes Fariview the best place to live for growing families, couples, and retirees! "
