a locked entrance door, outside security cameras, a lighted sidewalk, and an on-site manager.
We have our clean laundry machines in the building. This apartment is within blocks of Kent Station Shopping Center, which has restaurants, entertainment, and shopping. We are close to the Kent Library and two grocery stores. There is
quick access to freeways and close to the Metro Transit Center, making for an easy commute.
We have no restrictive income limits other than stable income. We will really work with you, whether you're a first-time renter or one with a poor credit
history, to help you make this your home.

    "My work is 11 miles from where I live, if you leave after 6:30 am it’s a 25 min commute. Same with coming home. After 3, 20 to 30 min commute on side streets. If you get behind a school bus might as well park your car and start walking, it will be quicker."

    "Really no place for dogs . And if you want your cat to live DO Not Let IT out.yes they did aloe pit bulls. But watch out they will charge you a lot for your dog and cat and if they think you don’t pick up your dog or cat poo it’s 100$ or more per poo. And say goodbye to your deposit. Because you have any animals you places is ruined."
