Available June 1, 2023. Our beautiful family home - we're leaving for the summer. There are several moving pieces on our way back. Its available June 1, 2025.

Fully furnished (or can be unfurnished) 4 bed/3 full bath home with pool/jacuzzi AND bonus office. Cozy home in a safe family-friendly quiet neighborhood.

The space in this home:

1. Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms in our home, so pick your favorite room and settle in! We are happy to leave linens and towels or just furniture.

* Master bedroom (firm mattress) - King Bed & toddler crib
* Second bedroom (firm mattress) - Queen bed
* Third bedroom (memory foam mattresses) - Twin/Full bunk bed
(please note weight limit, 200lbs on top & 300 lbs on bottom)
* Fourth Bedroom (firm mattress) - Full bed

2. Bathrooms

There are three full bathrooms in the house.

* Master bathroom - located in master bedroom
* Jack & Jill bathroom - located between the second and third bedroom
(This bathroom also has a bathtub)
* Third bathroom - located next to the theater room

3. Kitchen
We plan to take our personal cookware and can leave it empty or are happy to make sure it is equipped with plates/cups/utensils and cookware.

4. Laundry room

Please enjoy new washer and dryer and lots of storage space.

5. Living Room with gas fireplace

6. Second living room with gas fireplace and TV

7. Office
We have a dedicated workspace for those who work at home. We have two desks in this space that can be used however you like.

8. Garage
We have three arcade machines, a ping pong table and an extra fridge that always seems to come in handy.

9. Outdoor Space
Relax in the pool and jacuzzi or sit under the awning and listen to the birds. *Please note, responsibility of tenants to cover pool/yard maintenance.

9. Access
We have a keypad entry on the front door. You'll always be to open the front door with your own code.

Location:
We're located in a sweet neighborhood with lots of areas to walk! There's tons of dog parks nearby. Our favorites are Caddo Park and Buckhorn Park! Plano has amazing rec centers that are $3 for daily drop in's and have basketball courts and swimming pools all within 10 - 15 minutes. We're also just a mile from the Plano aquatic center and swim laps a few times a week.

Our favorite places to eat in the area are:
Sushi Sakana (5 min away)
Antepian Mediterranean Cuisine (5 min away)
Jimmy's Burger and Grill (5 min away)
Abuelo's Mexican Restaurant (9 min away)

We're about 15 min away from Legacy West where you'll find tons of shopping and great restaurants!

We are 12 minutes from the Whole Foods center which is connected to William Sonoma and Pottery Barn.

We're located about 25 minutes from downtown Dallas!
Some of our favorite areas of Dallas are:

1. Deep Elum - grab drinks and enjoy amazing night life. There are tons of breweries, bars and incredible food! One of our favorite bars is called the Electric Slide!
2. Lower Greenville - Lower Greenville has a bit of an Austin-like vibe. Amazing food, great shops and totally walkable! For amazing coffee, head to Company Cafe!
3. Bishops Art District - incredible food and eclectic art!
4. Klyde Warren Park and the Dallas Museum of Arts - if you want a true urban park experience with delicious food trucks, Klyde Warren is a must visit! Right across from the park is the DMA which offers free entry everyday - absolutely worth a visit!
5. White Rock Lake - head over and walk or bike around a paved 17-mile trail! There's tons of birds and beautiful trees all around. There is also an amazing dog park with access to the water for all those water pups!
6. Dallas aquarium, zoo, arboretum are within 30 minute driving distance.

We're about 50 minutes from Fort Worth, but it is well worth the trip! If you make the trek, be sure to check out the stock yards! Every day at 11:30am and 4:00pm, you can watch the cattle drive through the streets!
