About this House

Beautiful historic 4 bedroom and 2.5 bath brick home - lovely hardwood floors, high ceilings, office, fireplace, formal and breakfast dining, a bonus room currently used as an art studio! There's a detached workshop with lots of separate storage areas (important to keep saw dust off if you use such tools), a huge open workspace, and a separate, insulated room that's currently air conditioned and used for game nights and a teenager hangout. It was once even conveniently for band practices. There are lots of great additions to the original structure - including large master closets! 2022 - New Roof! 2021 - Home constantly being renovated, including foundation restructure and leveling, custom crawlspace ventilation with a humidistat control, new siding where needed, new heater, removal of ALL old plumbing, new flooring in the kitchen and laundry. The list goes on and is constantly being supplemented! The house had a full appraisal in 2021 (before the new roof, new fascia, new copper flashing, etc) and came in well above zillow estimates.
