Conviction for crimes of physical violence,property damage, theft, drug-related offenses (including history of illegal drug useor dealing), sexual offenses, or any other act that would be detrimental to thehealth, safety, or welfare of other residents or their peaceful occupancy of thepremises will be grounds for denial. Applicants with anything more than a minor criminal conviction will be rejected.Credit History A credit report will be reviewed upon application. Residents may not be acceptedin the event of recent bankruptcy, judgments, and/or collection accounts, andexcessive late payments.
